You will need clear contact paper, bits of green and blue tissue paper, and yarn or string to hang the sun catcher in the window.
Lay out the contact paper on a flat surface with the sticky side up.
Arrange small pieces of tissue paper on the contact paper, then lay a second sheet of contact paper on top with the sticky side down.

Children have wonderful imaginations.
